Junior Training Manager - Based in Bến Lức - Long An – Salary negotiation (20M VND – 30M VND):

Requirements:
  • Has at least 5 years of working experience in training and development role
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
  • Presentation skill
  • Good English Communication
  • Problem solving
  • Communication skill
Duties:
  • Training company culture to newcomers
  • Making training plan and training budget including training outsourcing if any basing on head quarter training program
  • Implementate and evaluate traing program to employees
  • Solve urgent issues relevant to employee within company if any
  • Making report monthly, yearly to HR and solve HR tasks
