- Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for specialguests or functions
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers, ovens etc
- Weigh,measure and mixingredients according to recipes
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, deep- fryers, etc
- Replace and /or assist other cooks during emergencies orrush periods
- Sanitize and clean work stations and utensils
- Replace CookA’ in his /her absence.
