- Research competitors, market and products
- Build product and service development plan by monthly, quarterly, yearly and get approval from Superiors including general and details plan for communication strategies to optimize customer's experience and upgrade brand's image on market, budget, estimated revenue, timeline...
- Coordinate with Content team to complete content production tasks for the purpose of month/quarterly/yearly marketing plans
- Coordinate with Digital team and Outsourcing vendors to complete brand marketing activities
- Responsibilities to perform and provide PR contents, SMS Marketing Content, Email Marketing, online marketing products, social networks
- Coordinate with other Departments in organise events.
