- Make sure HR-GA activities in company follow Vietnam's law.
- Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services
- Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in HR-GA-SHE department.
- Manage, review and approve the works of HR-GA-SHE members.
- In charge of drafting, revising, formulating, updating and implementing the Company’s internal regulations and make sure all the internal regulations comply with the laws.
- Compensation & benefits: Build up attractive compensation and Benefit system and implementation.
- Recruitment: Collecting, hunting qualify candidates.
- Training & Development: Maintain Traing matrix, training content, training schedule, Skill map system and implementation.
- Performance & reward: Build up Working appraisal system effective and implementation.
- Advising BOD on creating Company’s image.
- Advising BOD on creating Company’s working environment.
- PIT quarterly, yearly settlement.
- Estimate annual budget for Administration expense and follow up monthly.
- Host of indoor – out door activities of company.
- Control Hygien, Safety, Security in company.
- Leader of implementation of ISO 14001.
- Control asset of IT system, office equipment in the company.
- Proposal of working environment that is advantage and effective for employee.
