- Responsible for recruiting employees and work closely with all Departments to make recruitment plan
- Searching, selection and make short list potential candidates for recruitment needs
- Do orientation for newcomers including obligations and rights
- Discuss with superiors to organize and build internal training programs for employees
- Conduct capacity appraisal for all employees including productivity to promote right position
- Make training plan, develop people and propose neccessary benefit to retain talents
- Build company culture, organize all activities to obtain employee cohesion and behaviour in company
