- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas to establish proper hygiene
- Wash and store all cooking appliances,utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
- Assist Cooks by performing basic preparatory tasks, including washing and cutting produce, combining ingredient sinrecipes, and cleaning meat and fish
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Receive, label and store deliveries of produce and other items
- Promptly respond to instructions and bring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen
