- Monitoring marketing activities in animal feed field
- Planning marketing strategies - marketing products, market development strategies and brand development.
- Developing specific plans and solutions and organizing the implementation of the Company's objectives and policies for the promotion and marketing activities.
- Closely cooperate with the departments and member units in the work process to ensure the completion of the Company's plan.
- Establish a financial budget in marketing and promotion of the company, submit to the General Director for approval. To be responsible within the assigned budget, to approve the revenue and expenditure within the assigned budget;
- Proposing, directing the implementation of various types of advertising products and brands of the Company;
- Be responsible for the confidentiality, accuracy and consequences of their responsibilities and authority.
- Direct the implementation of tests, new product testing.
- Evaluate the quality and performance of employees under management.
