Job description

Be in charge of recruitment, giving advice to line and departmental managers.
Prepare job descriptions and person specifications.
Develop and maintain an effective personnel advertising program for the purpose of maintaining high visibility with potential labor markets.
Designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes.
Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants.
Update Headcount report.
Make hiring report status.
Contact and work with Universities, Colleges, Job Centers for support if having hiring request.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or management

Job Requirement

Have bachelor or above specializing in business management
More than 2 experience years in personnel, at least 2 experience years in recruitment, having practical experiences in manufactoring.
Master the skills of recruitment and interview.
Master the skills of employee performance evaluation.
Have good sense of judgment.
Have the ability of coordination, communication and problem settlement.
Can work under high pressure.
Have the expression ability both in writing and oral.
Good English speaking and listening. Good computer skill.
