- Achievement of yearly sales target and Assessment of costs involved for all 3rds supplies, services and execution related work
- Preparation of cost sheet and margin estimation:
+ Find and maintain relationship with partners : M&E, Lighting Consultant, Architecture….
+ Support in managing project tasks : Design, Engineering, Budget, project team, time schedule, installation, maintenance and handing over .
+ High level contact to client with wide network such as: Boar of Investment, Lighting Consultant, M&E, Contractor ….
+ Achievement of Sales as Target allocation
+ The proper performance of internal and external project organization manage budget, organization and planning of the project
+ Frequently visits the customers, project site for project progress discussions with relevant parties
+ Co-ordinate with other team such as: Design, Technical, Procurement …
