- Achieve service business target by North religion
- Make and execute visit plan to dealers for instruction: Standard, problem solving, 5S, CS\
- Check & follow visit schedules of North 4W service member, make sure all visit report are submitted on time
- Investigate and solve technical problems facing North dealers
- Collect information: Market information, Other brand standard, Support of requirment from headquarter
- Report service index, weekly / mothly report, dealer visit report
- Other duties assigned by Head of section
