- Build and deploy HR strategy and administrative management in Company and all member companies
- Controll all HR and adminnistrative activities; Ensure all to meet targets as company assign.
- Be responsible for all HR duties and their achievement before Chairman and President
- Research, plan, consult and propose HR policies, Human resources planning for company's each developing period; Support all members companies to set up and deploying HR strategies
- Control and manage all duties, implementation, delopying HR policies and activities at member companies; maintain in building company culture activities in member companies
- Consult Chairman and President in promulgating new regulations and complying laws.
