2. Responsibilities:
- Manage aquaculture sales department in assigned area
- Make sales plan and strategy for area, sales department organisation chart,
- Recruit District Managers, Sales supervisors, Commercial supports, Sales managers...
- Support to open and develop big dealers, distributors, enhance to visit dealers, distributors, farms, potential clients, ...
- Coach teams customer care skills, dealers development, organize seminars of effective feed in areas,
- Supervise and support sales activities in Deaprtment, solve customer complaints, ...
- Connect with others department, stakeholders, customers such as hatchery, slaughterhouse in order to support sales activities processes better
- Manage and control debt, over debt.
