- Set target for section base on company objectives and follow actions to achieve targets;
- Make headcount plan base on production plan to coordinate with HR section for recruitment to ensure stability of production;
- Supervises subordinates’ work to ensure production in good conditions
- Conduct improvement activities to improve productivity, 5S…;
- Conduct Q-KYT in AM section to prevent accident, quality problem and cost down;
- Control daily production in quality and quantity to ensure delivery on schedule;
- Control risks in work and find out route causes to take correction and corrective & preventive action;
- Training and motivate subordinate for more effective working;
- Other jobs assigned by Senior Manager.
