- Build up human resources organisation chart for the Legal Department to operate effectively by period time.
- Reviewing and evaluating the legal documents issued by Shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the General Director
- Drafting, reviewing and evaluating the legal documents of contracts, agreements, documents signed with partners; participate in contract negotiation with partners
- Participate in legal appraisal of investment projects
- Research, warn, analyze legal risks and propose solutions to the Group's investment, production and business activities.
- Deploy legal procedures related to the establishment and restructuring of companies, and investment projects.
- Directly working with legal agencies and participating in settling complaints, complaints, denunciations or directly participating in the settlement of procedural procedures at arbitration agencies, courts to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Group
- Update legal documents and policies related to the Group's organization and operation
- Reviewing and systematizing the Group's internal documents
- Control and complement the management system (assets, budget, risk management)
- Participate in assessing, and evaluating the organizational model, solutions for new establishment, reorganization, merger, division, separation, dissolution of functional divisions / functional departments to ensure compliance with the objectives and the Group's business strategy from time to time.
