- Responsible for managing and development sales activities
- Building up sales strategies, plans and leading teams to achieve targets assigned (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Organize, deploy sales activities, assign tasks and targets to individuals and teams
- Recruiting, coaching and training staffs and supervising teams to work efficiency
- Support staffs to solve difficult situations, training professional sales skills for staffs
- Finding, maintaining and expanding individual client sources & distributor chanels (Collaborators, Dealers, distributors)
- Collaborating closely with Guarantee Department to meet client satisfactions
- Manage and exploit fully client's information, partners
- Update and report frequency about information market (products, competitions, clients)
- Analyze, assess data sales, propose solutions to enhance sales revenues
- Report sales activities by weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Conduct other tasks by superiors.
