- Check the quantity and condition of tools against Collection Form.
- Clean tools and arrange for sharpening accordingly to SOP.
- Sharpen and service tools according to SOP
- Clean, oil and repack tools according to SOP.
- Raise Purchase Requisition when the Consumables like Grinding Wheels, Coolants etc. are running low in stock level.
- Plan work schedule and ensure tools in the Service Centre are completed according to the schedule.
- To maintain all machines according to the Machine Maintenance Charts provided.
- To undertake any other related jobs as directed by the Superior from time to time.
