• Manage and lead directly whole team members including Game Designers, Artist, QA, Producer, etc.

• Experience in Games Development (OOP, Javascript Game Engines, Pixi.JS, Rendering, HTML, CSS) 
• Experience in lead team and solving all problems happening
• Manage and training/coaching team members
• Contribute to build up company and team cultures 
• Able to design and build games to specification 
• Working knowledge of Git and version control best practices 
• A thorough understanding of ES5 and ES6 
• An understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS applied to the DOM 
• Experience developing content across desktop and mobile platforms 
• Creating, designing and editing a variety of data structures, JSON, XML 
• Experience using and adapting pipeline tools such as Grunt/Gulp and Webpack 
• Practical experience with PIXI.js, webpack, Redux
• Knowledge of security for large web systems.
• Have knowledge of algorithms, assessing the complexity of an algorithm.
• Resistant to high pressure at work.
• Have a good product mindset (Ability to understand and experience as a real user on the application they built).
• Have ability to work independently and work in team.
