Our Client, a 100% Foreign Invested Company, specializes in manufacturing of high technology products for Industrial and automotive parts fields, now are looking for qualified candidates for the position of  as the following Job description:

-  Summarize, analyze data, cost of all products to reduce negative discrepancy, to reduce wastage and labor cost 

-  Determine and evaluate effectiveness for all manufacturing system and manage all methods and procedures as per the required systems and supply standards.
-  Build labor cost model budgets for all procedures of industrial engineering and assist to all supreme manufacturing facilities; Plan and deploy for the analysis of smooth  flow of factory processes; analyze waste elimination. 
-  Manage industrial engineering department and conduct all required reports on monthly as well as weekly; design business plans and carry out all communication  with the production department.
-  Evaluate and carry out investigation on discrepancies for all actual as well as planned industrial procedures and keep track of all data; ensure integrity of results.
-  Stay updated industrial engineering procedures, coordinate with others manufacturing and production projects, keep track of all productivity, design processes and ensure that all procedures are carried out by following the safety standards.  

-  Monitor daily reporting procedures; keep track of regular work activities of each employee and ensure all processes are executed by considering the fiscal budgets; prepare strategic models.
-  Teamwork with the quality manager in assuring microbiological control of processing, goods, storage and handling.
-  Supervise the preventive maintenance schedules, inventory parts and daily consumable usage.
-  Plan and assign work strategies in the production schedule that covers maintenance of process equipment and inspection at proper intervals. Assist with equipment installations and project planning.
