• Manage planning Department with 10 subordinates.
• Connect with sales Dept., production team to create master plan, supervise, control and manage supply chain plan effectively
• Checking production capacity. Monitoring, discussing, adjusting the production schedule with related departments to inform customers.
• Analyzing the situation of taking orders, requesting quotes to propose appropriate production plans.
• Coordinate with other parts of the factory to provide solutions and activities related to production capacity, materials, accessories, tools to stabilize production and delivery deadlines.
• Planning of delivery and receipt of semi-finished products; monitor the production process; supervising and countering related parties' policies
• Resolve customer complaints about delivery deadlines and shipping methods.
• Supervise and organize the work assignment of subordinate employees. Quality control and performance evaluation.

• Graduated from University or College.
• At least 3 years experience in the same position at manufacturing plants such as: printing, packaging, FMCG or Garment.
