- Plan/ control Capital Budgets and Expenses of HR & GA department; and revise as per requirements in order to achieve the Company Business Plan;
- Support, discipline and inspire direct subordinates to maximize their capability and create an atmosphere of mutual benefit;
- Manage the development and implementation of Company Regulations and Procedures regarding to HR & GA functions;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Legal Requirement related to day-to-day activities of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure to comply the regulations of the Law;
- Manage and lead Recruitment activities; improve HR Development (HRD) system including training program, effective performance evaluation, KPIs;
- Coordinate closely with management levels and employees to improve work relationships, build up morale, increase labour productivity and retain the talent
- Manage Environment & Safety in working area;
- Manage IT system to facilitate working processes and Data security, including Effective Communication Channels;
- Create the continuous improvement atmosphere to drive subordinates to achieve the target;
- Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set the preventive action;
- Build up & maintain the Salary structure;
- Assist Board of Directors on doing jobs as per assignment.
