Job description
-   Handle Market analysis to understand market, competitors, target customers and target partners; to identify and develop the Loyalty’s unique selling proposition and       differentiators
-   Cooperate with Head of beLoyalty and Business Analysis Manager to develop business models and pricing models for product
-   Devise, develop and regularly maintain business strategies, short- and long-term business goals,sales&marketingplans,tacticsandprogramsbasedonthebudget,potentialofmarket, target customers, consumer needs, competitors, resources andabilities
-   Work closely with Key Account and Sales Managers on identification of strategic and key partners and partnership development to leverage their existing networks and customer databases and ensure for the company favorable and profitable cooperation
-   Monitor existing customer’s and partner’s satisfaction to ensure service delivery and make or initiate to the company changes where appropriate to keep them satisfied and positive about company service andrelationship
-   Work closely with Marketing team to develop effectively marketing campaign for product
-   Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager 
Job Requirement
-    University Degree (Economics, Finance &Banking)
-    At least 2-3 years’ experience at LOYALTY product – senior business strategy planning position in a Consumer Finance, Fintech, Ecommerce company
-    Motivation to business development andstrategy
-    Market analysis, data and information analysis and interpretation
-    Customer-value/service and problem-solving oriented
-    Ambitious and target-focused with a drive to succeed
-    Organize and complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result on multiple projects and activities
-    Able to work extended hours and under pressure
-    Initiative /innovative/ flexible/ proactive, passion to growth
-    Honest, open-minded, creative, result-oriented, hard-working, persistent, highly trust worthy
-    Excellent cooperation, negotiation, presentation and decision-making skills to acquire accurate information and convey this back to the business
-    Empathy and ability to cooperate and give challenges and input snotonly to his/her team, but to all teams within the company
-    Willing to work in team environment, having team development and management skills
