Topcareer's Client, a FDI Company, specialize on production component and equipment for automotive and industrial fields based in District 7, HCMC.

Job details:

· Manage,setup warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization in compliance with company’s policies and legislation requirements
· Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations and optimize warehouse capacities
· Ensure all handling and shipping processes suitable with legislation requirements, HSE standards
· Control, monitor stock control and reconcile with data storage system
· Prepare annual budget
· Be the contact point with clients, suppliers and transport companies
· Manage and control human resources capacities, rotate staffs, assign tasks and staff appraise results
· Take part in hiring, training and motivating employees
· Prepare reports and data statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

·   Proven work experience as a warehouse manager
·   Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
·   Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
·   Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
·   Hands on experience with warehouse management software (automation project) and databases
·   Leadership skills and ability manage staff
·   Excellent communication skills (very good at English ,report to Hong Kong Director)
·   BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
